Notice Regarding Invoice Compliance for Overseas Booking Sites
We would like to inform you about the introduction of the invoice system starting from October 2023.
Please note that overseas booking sites (such as Booking.com, Agoda, Expedia, etc.) are not compatible with Japan’s qualified invoices and receipts (invoices).
Additionally, if you have made a reservation through a travel agency or booking site with prepayment, the respective agency will issue the receipt. Therefore, the hotel cannot issue an invoice or receipt (invoice) in such cases.
For guests requiring a receipt for business travel or other purposes, please make a reservation through our official website or choose on-site payment at the hotel.
